In Bihar hospital, nurse barely avoids gangrape bid, removing doctor’s private parts.
This week, there have been more reports of crimes against women. On Wednesday night, a nurse in Bihar thwarted a gang rape attempt. A doctor and two of his associates were involved in an inebriated incident at the RBS Health Care Centre in Gangapur. After stabbing her assailant with a knife, the nurse was able to flee and made a police call from a nearby field.
The hospital administrator Dr. Sanjay Kumar and his associates Awadhesh Kumar and Sunil Kumar Gupta have reportedly been named as the culprits. Before attacking the nurse, the three allegedly turned off the CCTV cameras and shut the hospital from the inside, according to the police. Additionally, they had consumed alcohol prior to the sexual assault, which is a crime in dry Bihar.
The inebriated trio started pestering the nurse, who had been employed at the hospital for about a year, as she was finishing off her shift on Wednesday night. The doctor quickly tried to sexually abuse the patient, which worsened the scenario. The nurse attempted to break away from his hold by severing his privates with a medical blade. She had run away while the other two pursued her.
The potential rapists were apprehended after the victim, who was hiding in a field outside the hospital, phoned the police. While in police custody, the doctor is apparently receiving medical attention for his wounds. Blood-stained clothing and various cell phones are among the important pieces of evidence that investigators have found.
