After all three parties were called by the investigation panel regarding the bribery allegations made against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC, social critic Martins Vincent Otse, also known as Very Dark Man, informed members of the House of Representatives investigation panel today, September 30, that he would not speak until Bobrisky and the EFCC chairman were present.
VDM’s attorney, Deji Adeyanju, said that Bobrisky dispatched his attorney to represent him at the panel hearing rather than showing himself. As of the time this report was filed, it appears that the EFCC did not send a representative either.
The investigation committee members, however, asked Very Dark Man to speak on his involvement in the whole saga but he refused and said that he would rather d!e than speak without others involved in the case being present.
