Following the recent controversy surrounding Pastor E.A. Adeboye’s remarks regarding tithing, filmmaker and evangelist Mike Bamiloye has risen to the support of Adeboye. Adeboye is the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Bamiloye used social media to respond to criticism of Pastor Adeboye’s prior remarks about the practice, which he had apologised for.
Adeboye had apologised for his statement that individuals who fail to pay their tithe will not enter paradise. He claims to have found evidence against this notion in the Bible.
In response, Bamiloye highlighted that Adeboye’s repentance was the outcome of divine correction and commended his selflessness for making the public announcement. He said that it requires a great deal of humility for a leader of Adeboye’s calibre to acknowledge errors and extend an apology in accordance with God’s will, and he urged followers to overlook the apology and instead concentrate on the greater spiritual lesson.
Bamiloye observed, “It is beyond their reasoning,” citing 1 Corinthians 2:14, that people who do not share the same faith and understanding sometimes misunderstand spiritual topics. He also emphasised that Adeboye’s appeal for a greater level of commitment from Christians in their contributions should not cause them any concern, especially for those who anticipate Christ’s second coming.
Bamiloye also urged other men of God to consider any words or deeds that God had reprimanded them for in secret and to emulate Adeboye by making amends in public when needed. He reminded everyone at the end that becoming saved and going to Heaven should come before ego and pride.
The filmmaker wrote;

I NEVER NEVER EVER EXPECT THE CHILDREN OF THIS WORLD TO UNDERSTAND THE PRINCIPLES OF THE KINGDOM.
It is beyond their Reasoning.
1 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV
“But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned”.
But if you are a Child of the kingdom of God, going to Heaven and Expecting the Coming of Jesus Christ, I DO NOT expect you to have problems with those statement.
BUT IF YOU STILL DO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH WHAT BABA SAID, then your Spiritual Sanctification is very Doubtful.
Prophet Samuel made mistake when he was sent to anoint a son of Jesse as kong of Israel. He looked physically at the first born and wanted to anoint him: he said, “Behold, the Lord’s anointed is here.” The Lord said, No, I have not chosen this one!”All the sons Prophet Samuel thought was the choice was each rejected by God until David came and God said “Arise, and anoint him”
Daddy E.A. Adeboye made a statement and the Lord CORRECTED HIM before he came out in the open to Correct Himself at the Lord’s Instruction.
You think it is easy for a man of such Global Status to come out in the open to apologize, if God had not Corrected Him in the secret?
It is only a Person who has Heaven in Focus and Eternity in Heaven in view that would count it important to do that.
If you like, make jest of him,
If you like Drag him on the ground for doing what the Lord had instructed him to do.
BABA HAS HEAVEN IN HIS FOCUS and that is why he doesnt care about Earthly Honor or human ego.
IT TAKES HUMILITY FOR A MAN OF GLOBAL STATUS AS THIS TO COME OUT AND APOLOGIZE.
Only God could have spoken to such man.
Because, God resist the Proud but gives grace to the Humble. (James 4:6).
My Father has just received more Grace from God for his Humility in doing this.

And what have you done e secretly, that the Lord had instructed you to confess openly?
What Restitution has the Lord told you to make that your Pride and Ego are still depriving you from making?
If you are serving the Lord with Fear and Trembling, and you are Eagerly looking towards getting to Heaven peacefully,
GO AND DO WHAT THE LORD TOLD YOU TO DO!
If the Lord has told you to make Open Apology or Confession,
You better go and do it now before it is too late.
GETTING TO HEAVEN IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ALL YOUR PRIDE AND EGO!”
