The Niger State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management’s Director of Media and Strategy, Habibu Abubakar Wushishi, has stated that switching back to traditional modes of transportation including donkeys, horses, and bicycles is the best way for Nigerians to combat the increase in fuel prices.
